Note:
* For survey data collected in 2006 and 2007, this indicator is computed for the Manufacturing module only.
1. Regional averages are computed using the latest year available. For some countries the sample may not be representative of the non-agricultural economy.
2. The graph ranks obstacles identified by firms.
3. Statistics with fewer than five firms are displayed with an "n.a." to maintain confidentiality and should be distinguished from ".." which indicates missing values.
**Please, note that in the case of BEEPS 2008 surveys the question was asked to the firms that have confirmed that they have applied for Government contract in the last fiscal year while in the previous rounds of BEEPS the question was asked to all firms participating in the survey.
*** Due to differences in scales used in the ECA countries in 2002 and 2005 (four points) and those used in the 2008 surveys (five points) indicators based on business constraints questions are not fully comparable. End users are encouraged to keep this in mind when analyzing historical trends. Users can download the raw data for additional information.
