The World Bank Enterprise Surveys (WBES) team has released new Enterprise Survey data for Angola, Armenia, Belgium, Burkina Faso, Canada, China, Czechia, Ecuador, Jamaica, Kazakhstan, Republic of Korea, Latvia, Malaysia, Namibia, Papua New Guinea, Poland, Senegal, Spain, Taiwan, China; Trinidad and Tobago, Turkmenistan, United Kingdom, United States of America, Uruguay, and Uzbekistan.
Panel data from Costa Rica 2010-2023, El Salvador 2006-2010-2016-2023, Pakistan 2007-2013-2022, and Peru 2017-2023 have also been added to the data portal.
The WBES team has also relesead new follow-up surveys to baseline WBES in six economies: Botswana, Georgia, Ghana, Peru, Singapore and Viet Nam. These surveys collect information on Transactional Governance Structures of firms, and have been made possible by the Knowledge of Change Program IV, funded by the Swedish International Development Cooperation Agency (SIDA), Agence Française de Développement (AFD), the Government of Japan, and the European Union.
